Fuu Hououji is just your typical grade eighter, who, like her friends, just happens to have a very special destiny! Her name actually means "Wind of the Phoenix temple". She has a sister back at home named Kuu, and a mom and dad. She also goes to a 'smart school'. This is a school that is only meant for the smartest people in Japan, and the school has a lot of advanced technology in it.

Her birthday is the 12th of December. Her favourite school subject is Math, and she also hates art class. She,however loves Japanese archery. She also loves reading books and computer programming. Fuu is about 5'6 tall, though her weight is never really said, she _is_ really thin that's for sure! Her friends appear briefly in the manga however their names are never said. Right after she meets Hikaru at Tokyo Tower the three of them (including Umi) are transported to Cephiro, the magical land in which their destiny awaits them! Her magic element are wind spells such as her Midori no Shippuu (Green Hurricane) Midori No Zenpuu (Green Gale) Iyashi No Kaze (Healing Wind) Imashime No Kaze (Binding Wind) and Mamori No Kaze (Protection Wind). She also has a giant green, approximately one meter and thirty centimeters long, sword! Her magic element is wind!

Oh yeah, she has a boyfriend named Ferrio...

Drool: I also love the Japanese voice actress for Fuu! Waii Waii!! And my favourite scene from the first anime series is when Fuu is up against the monster that Ascot has summoned, (the one that lives in the sand and navigates by sound)

Fuu's Machine God, or Machine's, name is Windam! It's animal form is a giant phoenix that has four wings!
